My Story

Hi, I’m TC Chicago.

 

Throughout my life, I faced numerous losses and was diagnosed with Complex PTSD stemming from childhood abuse, neglect, and narcissistic abuse.

 

This difficult journey led me on a quest for genuine healing, where I discovered remarkable tools that helped me navigate a lifetime of grief and pain.

 

These tools are key in regulating the nervous system, and this truly supports deep mind-body healing.

 

The transformation I experienced was so profound that others began to notice the joy and passion in my life. Inspired to share this journey, I started teaching yoga, guiding meditation classes offering sound therapy sessions, and leading grief h.e.a.l.™ courses, all aimed at helping others find balance enhance their emotional well-being.

I started sharing grief h.e.a.l.™ to educate and inspire others on their journeys of healing a lifetime of loss and grief.

 

What began as individual sessions quickly transformed into group gatherings, and soon businesses began to approach me asking me to teach this powerful method.

 

Business owners and CEOs recognized the importance of nurturing employees' emotional well-being while also enhancing their companies' financial health.

 

To make this healing accessible all, I decided to offer the h.e.a.l. program free of charge, creating a truly supportive environment where participants can feel at ease and dive into deeper healing.

 

It is my passion to serve those who aspire to lead healthier lives in every aspect, and I am dedicated to helping others on their path to wellness.
