Yoga Nidra guided meditation. This practice draws the attention inward, and the student learns to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep. This is effortless meditation where the body finds its natural state of equilibrium or homeostasis. The breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
Then begins the sound. The healing frequencies of the instruments synchronize brain waves creating deeper levels of relaxation. This 'nervous system hack' disrupts normal brain patterns and allows for new neural pathways to be created accessing deep levels of healing for mind, body, and spirit.
Enjoy the frequencies of Crystal Singing Vessels, a crystal harp, gong, drums, waterfall instrument, and chimes.
Tune IN and Tune UP!

Yin + Sound will guide you deeply inward for a journey like no other.
Yin yoga is a more passive form of yoga where you focus on spending time nurturing the connective tissue (fascia) of the body. This is accomplished by holding the poses for long periods of time releasing stored tension and trauma from the tissues while stimulating energy meridians. The breath becomes slow and steady and your entire being is in a meditative state. This deeply inward practice allows release and relaxation.
Varying instruments will be paired with the yoga poses to deepen the relaxation as the frequencies synchronize brain waves further relaxing the sympathetic nervous system.
Class will conclude with an extended time of relaxation (Savasana) for maximum restoration.
